This role is ideal for a passionate leader with a deep understanding of electric and acoustic instruments who is driven to innovate and elevate the musical experience for artists globally. You will guide the development and strategy of our products, ensuring they meet the highest standards of quality and artistry.Essential Functions

Lead the planning and execution of product strategies for the product line.Provide market analysis, product ideation, and lifecycle management.Collaborate with cross-functional teams including R&D, Manufacturing, Marketing, and Sales to develop and implement product features that align with customer needs and market trends.Manage the product roadmap, prioritize product enhancements and coordinate with engineering teams to ensure timely and successful product releases.Create and manage product data setups, specifications and marketing copy.Conduct competitive analysis and stay updated on industry trends to ensure Gretsch’s products lead the market in innovation, functionality, and design.Oversee the product lifecycle from concept to launch, including managing budgets, forecasting, and post-launch product evaluation.Act as the key product evangelist, representing Gretsch at industry events, in media interviews, and during customer interactions to promote product vision and benefits.Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or related field.Minimum of 5 years' experience in product management, preferably with musical instruments.Proven business acumen with demonstrable strength in quantitative analysis with strong Excel skills.Strong technical understanding of instrument design and manufacturing processes.Proven track record of managing all aspects of a successful product throughout its lifecycle.Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and analytical skills, combined with the ability to evolve product strategy based on research, data, and industry trends.Exceptional communication and presentation skills, capable of conveying complex ideas to a diverse audience including senior management, external business partners, and customers.Passion for music and deep understanding of the needs and desires of musicians.About Fender Musical Instruments

Subject to the foregoing, the current pay scale for this position is $74,333.00 – 148,667.00.
