SummaryAs a Senior Product Manager, you will lead the end-to-end product lifecycle, from initial concept through detailed execution and delivery. You will work closely with customers to understand their needs and pain points, translating these insights into actionable feature development and release plans. Your focus will be on prioritizing and sequencing development tasks to deliver significant and tangible business value.You will transform your ideas into real, high-quality products that delight our customers daily. You will build and maintain strong collaborative relationships across multiple engineering, design, project management, and business teams. Additionally, you will engage with senior leaders within product development and throughout the company, ensuring alignment and advocating for your customers. Your role will require meticulous attention to detail and a commitment to delivering top-tier products.What You’ll DoDeeply understand the needs of our business and customers to build clarity on the requirements to build a resilient, reliable productInfluence stakeholders and engineers with the right data points by driving clarity and alignmentCreate and drive alignment to execute faster, communicate often and highlight risk earlyCollaborate extensively with cross functional teams, including Engineering, User Experience, Customer Success, and Go-to-market teams to drive the vision, roadmap and delivery of the productYou will be an expert in identifying long-term investment opportunities and engaging partners to garner support for those feature areasYou will own the roadmap for the product, and collaborate with internal and external stakeholder to execute the visionAs an expert, you will partner with others to collect performance metrics and form hypotheses for complex technical needs in order to improve product development in multiple areasUse your insights and knowledge from enterprise customers, as well as broad technical subject matter expertise, to train and enable a scalable productWhat You'll NeedMinimum qualificationsUndergraduate degree or equivalent combination of education and experience in a related field; an advanced degree may be considered in lieu of professional experience6 years of related experience in a product role in software or other related fieldPreferred QualificationsMBA degreeA proven track record of leading the development of product vision and strategyExperience delivering software in an agile development environment using continuous deployment techniquesShipped products with great customer experience user reviewsA self-starter mindset to execute in a fast-paced environment with minimal directionAn excellent understanding of product development and how web technologies workAbility to work collaboratively in an environment that promotes constant team communicationStrong Leadership skills – the ability to influence and inspire across multiple teams and job functionsExcellent verbal and written communication skillsStrong analytical, problem-solving, and prioritization skillsTravel Requirements and Working ConditionsWillingness to travel up to 20% for team and corporate meetings, fostering relationships and representing company interestsReliable internet access for any period of time working remotely, as we embrace flexible work arrangementsHow You’ll Be RewardedSalary range in the US: $120,000.00 - $204,000.00A discretionary bonus typically paid annuallyRestricted Stock Units granted at the time of hire401(k) match and comprehensive employee benefits packageThe salary range represents the low and high end of the salary range for this job in the US.
