Financial Analyst, Lead

Key Role:Provide

financial management functional expertise in support of Joint Strike Fighter Program Management Office development and sustainment of the F-35 Fighter.

Assist

in shaping system development of inputs into an involving integrated process supporting Air Force, Navy, and Marines. Play a key role and work as part of a multi-disciplinary team, to arrive at a consensus supporting the JPO enterprise

which has

links to DFAS, Air Force, Navy and Marine Corp systems. Provide strategic planning, programming, and budget formulation support. Provide financial management analysis support using CCARs and use the Services' Department of Navy ERP and Air Force Legacy System as supporting systems. Use CCARS to provide JPO individual program managers traceability and visibility into JPO's budget and financial execution. Develop and provide for financial transaction activities across F-35 JPOs functional and staff organizations.Work collaboratively and assist in establishing F-35 JPO policy, provide critical decision-support and analysis, and serve as liaison with F-35 internal and external stakeholders.Leverage project management expertise in client engagements and project work streams, including developing plans and approaches and overseeing project delivery.Basic Qualifications:10+ years of experience with Government Financial Management and managing appropriated funds in a Government acquisition program

5+ years of experience working with RDT&E, Procurement and Sustainment Appropriations, or ACAT 1 Program Office

Experience with Air Force Accounting Systems, such as CCARs and Navy ER

Experience in budget analysis, strategic planning, and financial management analysis support

Experience with Senior Air Force or Navy resource financial management

Experience with Air Force or Navy planning, programming or budget formulation

Knowledge of the DoD resource allocation and acquisition process, such as PPBE or DoD 5000

Knowledge of Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint

Secret clearance

Bachelor's degree

Additional Qualifications:Knowledge of Navy Enterprise Resource Planning and Air Force Program and Budget Enterprise System software, including SAP and Oracle solutions

Knowledge of data analytics and visualization methods

Ability to verbally present and discuss work products, issues, and ideas

Ability to manage and prioritize tasks and deadlines across multiple projects simultaneously

Possession of excellent quantitative and qualitative analytical skills

Possession of strong data gathering, analytical, and problem-solving skills

Society of Defense Financial Management (SDFM) or Certified Government Financial Manager (CGFM) certification

The projected compensation range for this position is $84,600.00 to $193,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen's total compensation package for employees.
