As the

Racial Equity at Work (REW) Sr. Director, Employer Offerings

(“Product Manager”), your role is to lead in the development of the offering strategy and roadmap. The Sr. Director, Employer Offerings delivers a plan to enable MLT’s partners to pursue REW Certification and achieve meaningful Black/Hispanic equity goals across the five MLT Black Equity Pillars - representation, compensation, antiracist/inclusive work environment, racially just business practices, and racial justice investments and contributions.The Sr. Director, Employer Offerings is part of the Employer Offerings Leadership team, helping to integrate pricing, marketing and delivery decisions across all of our Employer Offerings.Work You’ll Do

Develop a vision and roadmap - Based on input from MLT’s target audience, market research, and internal stakeholders, build on the original vision as a “standard for progress”; develop a roadmap, which includes key delivery processes, marketing/sales plans, third-party-partnerships, and pricingCommunicate value and define success metrics-

Explain the REW’s business value to the key stakeholders, making sure everyone understands the purpose of the certification and the key components; defines and tracks success metrics and partner impact of REWDefine processes and ensure correct handoffs

- Supports Business Development and Partnership Success Teams with certification process across new and renewing partnersManage technology platform and resource library

- Manages the design/updates of the REW technology platform and others tools/templates used for REW certificationEnsure cross-team collaboration

- Works across functions to ensure real-time employer feedback is being integrated into the program, platform, marketing, and operationsWhat You Have

10 years+ of strong experience in a dynamic product management role (pricing, competitor analysis, marketing, etc.)Proven success in overseeing all elements of the product development lifecycleHigh effectiveness in managing cross-functional teamsExperience in delivering finely tuned product marketing strategiesStrong writing and editing skills, combined with strong presentation and client-speaking skillsWhat Sets You Apart
