Responsibilities:Healthspan is looking for an experienced online growth marketer who will go beyond customer acquisition; this role must provide a 360 approach to scale conversions, and drive customer engagement and retention. The Growth Marketer will identify and fill in opportunity gaps across all funnels while optimizing strategies to achieve long-term business goals.

Required Skills:Data Analysis: You know how to glean actionable insights from data and combine those insights into cohesive growth strategies. You can think critically about data, use it for strategic decision-making, and clearly communicate your findings across an organization.Cross-channel strategy: You know how to use multiple channels—including organic and paid social, PPC advertising, email marketing, and more—to drive quality traffic to landing pages, case studies, and other key pieces of content. You can drive traffic to the top of the funnel, convert visitors into subscribers, move them into a marketing funnel, and increase the lifetime value of existing customers.Channel and website conversion rate optimization (CRO): You are an expert in the entire customer journey, and can identify specific hurdles within it that cause customers to lose interest. With this knowledge, you’re able to test different tactics or run specific marketing campaigns to lift conversion rates throughout your funnel, until it runs like a well-oiled machine.You can manage people, resources, and agencies. You have a knack for managing human and financial capital. This includes the management of agencies, freelancers, and full-time employees. You know which existing marketing channels merit more or less investment, and which new ones might be worth exploring—and you will manage the budget accordingly.Customer segmentation: You are an expert in customer segmentation and personalization. You can optimize the user experience throughout your funnel, with automations based on behavior and psychographic data points.Recognize Strong Creative Content: You aren’t necessarily the snappiest copywriters, nor do you make the prettiest designs, but you recognize strong creative elements when you see them. You can also deduce if and when creative isn’t working and give actionable feedback on how to improve it.

Qualifications:Proven experience in scaling companies from $2-10 million in annual revenue, specifically within a startup environment.A minimum of 3-5 years of hands-on experience in growth marketing roles, particularly in smaller, dynamic environments rather than large corporations.Strong leadership skills with experience managing teams, resources, and external agencies.Deep understanding of our product's value propositions and the ability to craft compelling marketing messages throughout the customer lifecycle.A growth-oriented mindset with a track record of learning from feedback and driving continuous improvement in a dynamic environment.Exceptional attention to detail with a focus on quality.Proactive problem-solving capabilities and the initiative to lead projects to successful completion.
