We expect employees to work from our Atlanta office Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday each week. Lead the end-to-end development lifecycle of our software products, from conception and design to implementation, testing, and deployment.Architect and implement scalable, high-performance software systems that meet the unique requirements of Medicare plan comparison and enrollment.Collaborate closely with product managers, designers, and other engineers to define requirements, prioritize features, and deliver solutions that exceed user expectations.Mentor and coach junior engineers, fostering a culture of learning and continuous improvement within the team.Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards, best practices, and security guidelines.Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and industry trends, and proactively identify opportunities for innovation and optimization.Work closely with stakeholders to gather feedback, address issues, and iterate on features to improve usability and functionality.What We’re Looking For

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.8+ years of experience in software engineering, with a focus on building consumer-facing applications.5+ years of experience with full-stack JavaScript/TypeScript technologies.Experience with server-side rendering, GraphQL, and RESTful APIs.Strong understanding of software architecture principles, design patterns, and best practices.Experience with cloud computing platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP) and microservices architecture.Solid grasp of relational and NoSQL databases, data modeling, and query optimization.Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.Proven track record of leading technical initiatives, driving innovation, and delivering high-quality software products on schedule.Experience with Go is a plus.Familiarity with healthcare industry standards and regulations, particularly related to Medicare programs, is a plus.Summary of Compensation Elements
