A 420-bed regional referral and Level II trauma center in Dothan, AL, is seeking a General Neurologist to join its Neurospine Center as a hospital-employed physician. Physicians will see patients in a hospital-based NeuroSciences outpatient clinic conveniently located on campus. Neurotesting is available in the hospital.Minimum Qualifications:Board certified or board eligible in NeurologyActive Alabama medical license with no restrictions (MD/DO)DEA certificationPreferred Qualifications:
Post-graduate training or experience in EMG/NCVSub-certification in EMG/NCVPractice Highlights:
Interventional Neuroradiology is offered to treat a variety of neurological conditionsWork collaboratively with the Neurosurgeons, Interventional Neuroradiologists, Radiation Oncologists, physical medicine, and rehabilitation specialists to provide a multidisciplinary approach to comprehensive care.Neurointerventionalists and Neurohospitalists practice with the Neuroscience teamStroke teleneurology is providedNeuromuscular Rehab & Balance Center is availableOpportunity to precept residents & medical studentsOutpatient only - No call requiredBenefits:
