The ideal candidate will have 2-5 years of experience with excellent academic credentials and a focus on transactional antitrust matters.Duties:Conduct legal research on antitrust laws, regulations, and precedents.Draft legal documents, including memoranda, briefs, and motions related to antitrust matters.Assist in merger investigations before the Federal Trade Commission (FTC), the Department of Justice (DOJ), and other enforcement agencies.Provide antitrust compliance counseling to clients and advise on potential antitrust risks in business transactions.Collaborate with senior attorneys on various antitrust-related tasks and projects.Handle multiple matters simultaneously and prioritize workload effectively.Requirements:2-5 years of experience in antitrust law.Excellent academic credentials from a reputable law school.Admitted to practice in New York, California, or the District of Columbia.Strong understanding of antitrust laws and regulations.Experience with HSR (Hart-Scott-Rodino Act) filings and deal counseling.Familiarity with merger investigations and proceedings.Ability to communicate effectively with clients and colleagues.Detail-oriented with exceptional research and writing skills.Education:Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.Certifications:Admission to the State Bar in New York, California, or the District of Columbia.Skills:Proficiency in legal research methods and resources.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Ability to analyze complex legal issues and provide strategic advice.Strong organizational and time management skills.Collaborative team player with a proactive attitude.
