The OpportunityAs the Oracle Cloud ERP Administrator, you will be responsible for our Oracle Cloud ERP system update implementation, maintenance, growth, and integration with other systems. You’ll work with vendors, Business Analysts, Business Owners, and other stakeholders throughout REGENXBIO to provide hands-on functional and technical implementation, and on-going support. You will also configure the system to meet the needs and requirements of the end users, business owners, and compliance according to REGENXBIO IT Policies.What You'll Be DoingCollaborate with business partners, including Finance/Accounting, Supply Chain/Manufacturing, Tech Ops, and with Business Analysts, Project Managers, vendors, and other stakeholders to implement solutions according to user requirements, technical requirements, and compliance.Experience with Oracle ERP Cloud Finance, EPM, Supply Chain, and Manufacturing modules.Configure and customize objects and workflows according to requirements and compliance.Manage user administration and review roles and privileges of throughout the system.Support and maintain integration of Oracle Integration Cloud with other SaaS and On-Prem systems.Support Business functions, and periodic changes and releases of the ERP system updates by reviewing, testing, and validating in advance of releases and mitigating any issues found to impact the business.Manage system change schedule and downtime with impacted stakeholders.Manage Oracle Support and other associated services to address issues.Manage ongoing system support incidents and communication with vendors, support teams, and stakeholder.Provide and recommend best practices based on system technical capabilities and business functions.Work with other stakeholders to ensure successful UAT, validation, and documentation of Changes.Adherence to Change Management and Validation processes.Lead Oracle ERP, financial, and related system audit responses for IT governance controls.Provide system configuration and other on-going support post-implementation.Provide training and support of systems as appropriate.Assist with other systems and IT roles and functions as appropriate.It is imperative that REGENXBIO employees embody our core values by working collaboratively, building strong relationships, and using clear communication to meet shared objectives.We set our employees up for success.
