VP, SalesOpportunity:Get Well seeks a high-energy, driven Senior Sales Executive with a proven track record of pursuit management, strategic selling, and developing deep client relationships in the healthcare services industry. The successful candidate will align prospect needs with patient engagement solutions. The ideal candidate can identify new accounts, lead sales strategy, and close new business.Get Well is a client-first culture that builds long-term partnerships with clients to solve business and clinical needs. You will collaborate with Sales, Product Specialists, Solutions Engineers, and Client Service teams. Our team is hard-working, ambitious, collaborative, and respectful. Building strong relationships and quick learning are critical to success.This is a remote position with ~30% travel required.Responsibilities:Full-cycle sales focusing on new business growth and repeatable revenueManage complex sales cycles, engage with C-level buyers, and internal stakeholders from opportunity to closeUse and build upon the established sales process to grow revenueMeet and exceed performance expectations and quotasExpertise in deal negotiation, pricing, and growth strategyDevelop and execute sales strategies to achieve targetsBuild exceptional client relationshipsDifferentiate the product from competitorsForecast and deliver against revenue targetsLeverage industry relationships to drive dealsOther duties as assignedRequirements:7+ years experience as an Enterprise Sales Executive in healthcareBachelor’s degree or equivalentExperience in value-based selling campaignsUnderstanding of hospital business environment and negotiation skillsWillingness to travel at least 50% of the timeKnowledge of SalesForce.com desiredUnderstanding of healthcare industry dynamicsAdherence to organizational information security policiesAbout You:Proven track record in sales driving revenue and exceeding quotasCustomer-centric with a drive for successAbility to identify decision makers and influencersStorytelling and value-based sales skillsAuthentic, confident, and humbleTeam player driving change and successPerseverance in managing difficult situationsPassionate and motivatedAble to motivate and influence othersThrive in a high-performance cultureDevoted to systems, efficiency, and measurementAbout Get Well:Get Well is redefining digital patient engagement with AI technology, driving patient activation, loyalty, and outcomes while reducing care costs.
