The NBCUniversal Team is looking for a Director of Sales to join our Studio Services team in Universal City, CA! In this role, you will proactively lead, support, and accelerate the sales and growth of our existing production services, stages, equipment and other related services. You will develop and expand market opportunities by cultivating relationship with third party clients including film and tv production companies.What You’ll Do:Engage with internal and external physical production leads and clients to develop and maintain stable relationshipsPromote the use of our stages, production services, equipment, and more across productions in our Universal City, CA and Atlanta, GA studio through tours, presentations, and our various marketing platformsAttend industry events and networking functions to promote the studios and generate leads for our servicesServe as the lead point of contact for all customer account matters, including having direct meetings with clients, creating presentations and customized packages, and solving customer challengesIdentify opportunities and develop sales strategies to grow customer base and build positive relationships to increase revenue generating opportunitiesForecast and track key account metrics, such as overseeing a database of all current and prospective clients, researching market trends and competitors offerings, and providing a monthly/ quarterly financial analysisEstablish sales objectives by forecasting and developing annual revenue targets, projecting volume and profitAnalyze sales performance metrics and adjust strategies as needed to achieve sales targetMaintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions in CRM systemCreate and present proposals to secure 3rd party productions, utilizing rate-card guidelines and keeping the Studios inventory utilization in mindManage customers’ expectations while driving continuous improvement in customer satisfactionCollaborate with the Studio Operations team to ensure client needs are met and projects are executedQualificationsTech-savvy

Must

Have:10+ years of sales management experience5+ years’ experience using sales strategies and developing a client base10+ years in Media or Entertainment industry5+ years’ experience working with and supporting multiple stakeholders, vendors, and customersWhat Would Make You a Stand-out:Bachelor’s degree in Business, Film or related fieldStrong understanding of film and TV productions process and studio requirementsExcellent communication and leadership skills, ability to collaboration and work in a team environmentExperience and ability communicating with all levels of customersStrong ability to read a room and executive presenceDemonstrated ability to defuse tense operational issuesAbility to motivate, mentor, and coach teams and colleaguesStrong analytical capabilities, financial acumen, and business acumenAbility to effectively manage multiple prioritiesFamiliarity in the following areas:

Transportation: transportation logistics for cast, crew, and equipment.Set Lighting & Grip: lighting equipment, grip gear, and the technical requirements for different types of productionArts: set design, props, and coordination need to support production design

Additional Requirements:Hybrid: This position has been designated as hybrid, generally contributing from the office a minimum of three days per week.
