Onboarding is part of Customer Success and in this role, you are responsible for the successful onboarding of Birdeye mid-market & enterprise clients. As the client's technical contact and often the first touchpoint of the Customer Success Team, you will play a critical role in ensuring a world-class onboarding experience.ResponsibilitiesAssist in onboarding high-value clients to guarantee implementation, user adoption & success of the accountDevelop strong relationships with customers and internal cross-functional teams (product, sales, support, etc.)Coordinate with the client's IT department to ensure all automation and integrations are completeFollow up on client requests and ensure the client is informed along the wayWeekly sync-up with clients to drive and own onboarding progressAbility to understand new features and train clients accordinglyQuarterly Business Reviews with clients which also includes creating the review presentationDive head-first into integration issues, information mapping, or other technical issuesRun Database Queries for additional reporting needsProvide accurate, custom reports to the client based on the needs of their businessRequirements
You have a college degree in computer science, business, or marketing4-5 years in a customer-facing success or support roleStrong attention to detailSelf-starter with experience working in midsize to enterprise teams and take initiativeYou have a Project Management background and experience troubleshooting softwareHave created and executed implementation plansSuccessfully worked with clients through high-touch implementationsExperience using a CRM (Salesforce) is a plusYou have strong Excel & Presentation skillsYou understand SEO, SEM, SFTP, and Software APIsYou can empathize with our customers & like to teach people about technologyYou are organized and know how to track data, especially with Salesforce or other CRMWhy You’ll Join UsAt Birdeye, we are relentless innovators driven by a singular goal: to lead our category with unparalleled excellence.
