Support Growth and scalabilityNew nodes expansion, support awareness and provide data driven evidence to enable preference for the team among Google stakeholders, to drive scale to ensure growth into new research areasSubject Matter Expert Project OversightDiscuss and brainstorm the finer details of the project with the stakeholders and LI FTE to enable the creation of a robust and holistic research planOversee the creation of screener, mod guide, and other supporting documents for the research to ensure that all the documents are aligned to the overall goals and expected outcomes of the research projectBasic Qualifications:

Minimum 4 years of R, SQL, PythonMinimum 4 years of overseeing the creation of screener, mod guide, and other supporting documentsMinimum 4 years managing and conducting qualitative and quantitative researchShould have handled medium to large scale teams in previous engagements M.A M.S. Ph.D. in progress or completed in Human Factors, Psychology, HCI Computer Science, UX or Market Research or other fields emphasizing human behavior or in lieu of degree, some related work experience.
