Salesforce Business Analyst

Work you'll do:This salesforce business analyst position performs a critical role supporting both existing functionality clarification, triage/troubleshooting, defect resolution support, and testing. This role will engage with business stakeholders to analyze reported issues, discern between defects, misunderstanding of functionality, or new requirements and assist developers in mapping those capabilities to solutions that leverage existing or planned functionality. This role requires the ability to analyze business and technical questions and identify paths to resolution. The Functional Business Analyst will also conduct regression testing, systems testing, and User Acceptance Testing (UAT). The Analyst ensures that all products are built to 508 Requirements, and that all documents, visualizations and presentations are conformant. We work with our clients to create, design and deploy digital products that increase adoption and drive measurable results.QualificationsRequired:Demonstrated experience identifying risks that threaten operation success and recommend workaroundsDemonstrated experience keeping application running smoothly by testing and adjusting as needed, then documenting fixesDemonstrated experience in analyzing business and technical questions and identifying paths to resolutionDemonstrated experience engaging with business stakeholders to gather/analyze issues or requirements and map them to solutions that leverage Salesforce functionalityDemonstrated experience performing troubleshooting, triage, and working with developers to resolve user issues. Ability to communicate with nontechnical users to resolve user issues.Demonstrated experience designing advanced Salesforce reports, dashboards, list views and business process automation (using out-of-box capabilities)Demonstrated experience performing automated testing, regression testing, system testing and developing/maintaining test scriptsBS/BA in related field (Business Management, Computer Science, or Software Engineering preferred)Minimum of 3-5 years of professional experienceMinimum of 2-3 years of direct work experience supporting configuration of functional analysis for application(s) hosted on the Salesforce Force.com platformActive Salesforce Administrator certificationDemonstrated experience with Agile development methodologies including Scrum and KanbanDemonstrated experience with VisualForce, HTML, Javascript and CSS and their applicability within SalesforceDemonstrated experience maintaining, enhancing and creating workflows, functions and configurations within the Salesforce.com environmentDemonstrated experience managing new releases of Salesforce.com and efficiently implementing new featuresDemonstrated experience in Excel for data manipulation and complex custom reportsDemonstrated experience using JIRA to manage user stories and a product backlogDemonstrated experience with test automation tools such as Provar, Sauce LabsMust be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the futureBachelor's DegreeAbility to travel 20-50%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you servePreferred:Demonstrated experience with 508 complianceActive Salesforce Sales or Service Cloud certification
