The team is responsible for building our next generation of products and platform capabilities in support of onboarding, management and optimization of publishers on the CDLX ad network.About The PositionCardlytics is seeking a Senior Director of Engineering to join our team, reporting to the VP of Engineering. We are looking for a technical leader who brings deep business and technical expertise in consumer Internet and advertising technologies. The successful candidate will have a strong customer focused mindset, expert skills in building tools for publishers, and proven experience in scaling a product, platform and teams.Responsibilities:Define and develop a world-class product responsible for all publisher facing experiences with the objective of making it easy for publishers to leverage the Cardlytics ad marketplace to drive engagement and yield from the MAU base.Build effective teams by leading, mentoring and growing a team of cross functional technical experts and leaders.Drive vision and purpose through creation and execution against a high impact, growth driven technology roadmap.Deliver results by continually monitoring the day-to-day product development lifecycle.Minimum QualificationsEducation: Bachelor’s degree or higher in CS or related fieldTechnical Team Management: 10+ years of leadership experience in a technical setting, including digital media and advertising technology.
