Position: HR Operations Manager - North AmericanLocation: Remote - United States, preferably Eastern and Central time zonesReporting to the Vice President of Human Resources (HR) North America (NORAM), the HR Operations Manager is responsible for effectively shaping and defining the overall People Operations and NORAM HR team strategy and operating model, which will include but is not limited to:Employee ExperienceImmigrationContingent Workforce ManagementHR Support InfrastructureHRIS troubleshooting and problem resolution (Workday/ADP Vantage)Frontline supportYour role in our futurePlans, organizes, and coordinates the operations and activities related to the Human Resources (HR) function in NORAMProactively identifies gaps, challenges, and opportunities in partnership with the HBRPs while bringing insights and recommendations to the head of HR for NORAM to improve human resources organization and employee experienceManages and administers various programs/processes including immigration, onboarding, contingent workers, etc.Supervises the HR Operations function and provides support on employee inquiries, documentation requests, etc.Owns the relationship with the external immigration agency and ensures compliance with immigration lawsConsistently interprets/applies HR policies and procedures across the regionPartners with People Insights team on Workday optimization and data integrityCollaborates with compliance team on people-related policies and new policy developmentTracks and maintains HR budget for NORAMBuilds trusted advisory relationships with various stakeholdersContributes to strengthening communication between the business and employees on HR mattersShares data insights on themes across the employee lifecycleLeads internal audits from an HR perspectiveYour profileBachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Finance, Business Administration, or related field10+ years of related HR experience in a dynamic environmentTeam-oriented with strong communication and organizational skillsKnowledge of immigration, EEO, AA, and other relevant People-related policies/lawsExperience with HRIS management, project management, and financial acumenProven ability to drive improvements and simplify workflowsStrong EQ/IQ balance and ability to work collaborativelyProficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially ExcelApply now to turn your passion into performance!This Position Has a Salary Range Of$75,500.00 - $113,300.00Rewards & BenefitsFlexible Work : Embrace a hybrid work model blending office and remote setupEndless Learning : Access global growth opportunities through our online learning platformInclusive Community : Join diverse communities and engage in our Philanthropy programComprehensive Rewards : Competitive Total Rewards covering wellness and work/life balanceCaring for Wellbeing : Access our employee assistance program for mental health supportBe yourself at QuadientJoin a team that values diversity and inclusivity.
