Sales Manager Requirements:
8-10 years of experience in the fine jewelry industryProven experience running a high-end fine jewelry storeHigh school diploma required; bachelor's degree preferredProficiency in Microsoft SuiteStrong leadership and motivational skillsExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsPassion for training, cultivating sales, and customer nurturingSales Manager Responsibilities:
Lead and mentor a team of 14 experienced sales professionalsEngage with customers on the sales floor to ensure a superior shopping experienceRepresent the company at community and charity eventsImplement sales strategies to grow the customer base and meet revenue goalsTrain the sales team on building client relationships and preparing for special eventsMaintain strong customer relationships in a luxury retail environmentParticipate in 4-6 major fundraising events annuallyBenefits:
