Position Overview:This position provides involves collaborating with team members and assisting in administrative tasks to ensure smooth and efficient departmental operations.
Essential Job Functions
Management of outgoing mail and packages to agencies, marketing reps and special eventsPerforms day to day functions within Marketing assisting the team with daily work flow itemsMaintains inventory of Marketing and office suppliesSpecial projects as needed for VP/Director of MarketingUtilization of Microsoft Office to produce documents as directedAdhere to policies and procedures of employee handbook.Maintains regular and reliable attendanceRequired Knowledge, Skills & Ability•Excellent verbal and written communication.•Prior customer service experience, preferred but not required•Strong organizational skills.•Data entry and working knowledge of computer functionality.•Proficient in Microsoft Office.•Proficient in proprietary software (within first 90 days).•Bilingual preferred but not required
