Equipment Operator I (Streets & Roadside Maintenance)

Government Jobs - Full-Time - $15.45 Hourly Summary: Performs semi-skilled tasks in the construction and maintenance of streets, curbs, gutters, sidewalks, traffic sign maintenance, tree trimming and removal, and related areas of work. Performs manual labor tasks in a wide variety of maintenance and construction work. Assignments require some degree of skill, which may have been taught as on the job training. Duties are generally routine and normally performed under the direction of a Maintenance Worker III or IV with some degree of independence. May operate a truck or work-related equipment.
