Job Title: Nurse Practitioner/Physician Assistant - Primary Care
Location: Fayetteville, NCRate: $75-110/hr

Position Overview:
As a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant in our hospital-based primary care setting, you will play a pivotal role in providing accessible, high-quality healthcare services to patients of all ages. Working collaboratively with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals, you will have the opportunity to utilize your clinical expertise and advanced practice skills to assess, diagnose, and treat a wide range of acute and chronic medical conditions. With a focus on preventive care and health promotion, you will work closely with patients to develop personalized care plans and empower them to achieve optimal health outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct comprehensive health assessments, perform physical examinations, and order diagnostic tests as needed to evaluate patients' health status.Diagnose and treat common acute illnesses, injuries, and chronic medical conditions in accordance with evidence-based practice guidelines and protocols.Prescribe medications, therapies, and other treatment modalities as appropriate, and monitor patients' response to treatment.Provide patient education and counseling on health promotion, disease prevention, and self-management strategies to optimize health outcomes.Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams to coordinate patient care, facilitate referrals to specialty services, and ensure continuity of care.
Qualifications:
Graduation from an accredited Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant program.Current licensure as a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant in any state, with eligibility for licensure in the state of practice.Minimum of 1 year of experience as a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant in a primary care setting.Strong clinical assessment, diagnostic, and treatment skills.Excellent communication, interpersonal, and collaborative skills.Commitment to providing compassionate, patient-centered care.
