This position involves covering 5 days per week, Monday to Friday, 8 am to 5 pm, with additional hours as needed.Patient Population:
The Neonatal Nurse Practitioner will care for full-term and late preterm infants in the newborn nursery.Delivery Coverage:
Responsibilities include attending deliveries for high-risk Vaginal Deliveries and C-sections.Resuscitation:
Conducting neonatal resuscitation when required.Procedures:
Performing necessary procedures such as central line placement, intubation, chest tube insertion, and exchange transfusion.Daily Rounds:
Participating in daily rounds in the NICU.Admissions and Discharges:
Managing admissions and discharges in both the NICU and Newborn Nursery.Collaborative Environment:
