You will be working as a member of a project team functioning as a business analyst for a PBM client utilizing waterfall and agile methodologies. Here are the details on this position.Your role in our missionEnsure adherence to Change Management standards, procedures and processesReview change requests to ensure they meet the established completion criteria and processes.Review schedules of changes to identify time, conflicts, and risks associated with requested changes.Leverage a change management methodology, process and tools to create a strategy to support adoption of the changes required by a project or initiative.Support communication effortsEnable the design, development, delivery and management of key communications.Assess the change impactConduct impact analyses, assess change readiness, and identify key stakeholders.Approve and reject submitted change requests.Chair meetings that review changes, such as Change Advisory Board (CAB).Approve emergency changes in conjunction with management.Communicate change related information and manage expectations of changes.Recommend process enhancements and continues improvement opportunities that are based on ITIL best parities and or industry standards.Conduct post implementation reviews on failures and implement changesWhat we're looking forAt least 5 years of experience in total, and minimum 3 years of experience in Business Analyst.Strong in SQL and understanding of SSIS and SSRS (interfaces and reporting) requiredExperience working with clients to gather requirements and mapping end products.Strong US PBM (Pharmacy Benefit Managers) domain knowledge is required.Experience in large corporate (matrix) environment, and be familiar with the following:A keen understanding of and be able to audit change requests for reasonable testing practices, and detailed implementation plans.Demonstrated knowledge of Service Now PlatformDemonstrated understanding of the Change, Incident, and Problem Management lifecyclesSolid understanding of how the SDLC, AI/ML concepts, and Infrastructure changes related to each other.What you should expect in this roleRemote position from US locationsOpportunities to travel through your work (0-20%)Willingness to work a flexible schedule to accommodate business needs and travel as requiredThe deadline to submit applications for this posting is July 9, 2024
