Agilix Solutions is seeking candidates for an Industrial Inside Salesperson at our branch in Columbia, MO. This position is a full-time inside sales role that is responsible for supporting our outside sales team by leveraging a well-defined strategic plan to increase revenue.This role will report to the Branch Administrator.Responsibilities

Daily sales activity via phone, email, text, video conferencing or other methods to reach customers with a targeted message, promoting specific products or capabilities.Effective guidance for the sale of supported products for our end users. Act as a technical resource for supporting day-to-day activities.Team up with Account Managers to identify the target customer base, establish relationships, and cultivate opportunities.Coordination with product vendors for targeted customer conversions.Qualifications

Sales background with passion for solving customer applications and issues.Experience in industrial distribution is preferred.A strong customer service attitude.Ability to follow a strategic plan with tactical activities and targets based on analytics.Ability to administer and implement marketing, promotional programs, and product launches.Ability to work as a team member executing as part of an overall company strategy for reaching new and existing customers and creating demand for targeted products and services.Excellent communication skills and ability to clearly articulate highly technical products and services in a remote environment.Excellent computer skills (i.e., ERP knowledge, Microsoft Office Suite, PDF) are required.Understanding of data and how it can be used to analyze business opportunities.Collaborative cross-functional team skills to work with Marketing, Outside Account Managers, CSR Team, and Operations.Company-Provided Benefits
