National Account ManagerAllegro Home Delivery is a fast-growing company beginning to disrupt the last mile home delivery market. We are currently looking for a highly motivated and experienced National Account Manager to join our dynamic sales team and help drive our continued growth.Primary Role:

The National Account Manager will use their skills, talent, and experience to expand our client base on a national scale. Your main objective will be to close new sales, develop and maintain relationships with key accounts, ensuring maximum revenue growth and client satisfaction.Responsibilities:Develop and execute strategic plans to grow the company's market share and revenue from new and existing accountsWork closely with Marketing to help create targeted campaignsSales hunter emphasis to close new business from new clientsAlso, sales farmer emphasis to grow the business we have with our current clientsBuild and cultivate strong relationships with key decision makers and influencersDevelop and deliver sales presentations, proposals, and contracts to national accounts, ensuring a thorough understanding of our company's services and value propositionsCollaborate with other internal departments to ensure seamless execution of account strategies and to drive customer satisfaction and profitabilityAchieve and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targetsAnalyze sales data and performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and develop action plans to achieve sales targetsPrepare and present regular sales reports and progress updates to senior managementTravel to meet with potential clients and existing clients; also participate in tradeshows and conferencesQualifications:Track record of prior success and strong work ethic, minimum of two years of sales experienceA strong understanding and well-defined reason for being interested in a Sales careerSolid communication skills with an emphasis on listening, persuasion, and persistence, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients at all levelsGo-getter, ambitious, self-motivated, competitive, and self-disciplinedAbility to work independently and within a fast-paced team environment under minimal supervisionHigh-energy, problem-solving team playerGoal-oriented and results-driven, with a desire to achieve and exceed targetsOutstanding negotiation and presentation skills, with the ability to influence and persuade key stakeholdersEager to learn and interested in leveraging technology to improve performanceStrong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple accounts and priorities simultaneouslyProficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite (e.g., Excel, PowerPoint, Word).Willingness to travel to meet clients and attend industry events as requiredAbility to be coachable in our sales model and learning our solutions and conveying the strengths and benefits to our prospectsBachelor’s Degree preferred55k to 75k + commissionBenefits:Joining our team as a National Account Manager offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to the growth of our company and to also grow and maintain your own book of business.
