We are partnered with a wholesale distribution firm who is seeking an operations manager for their Baltimore, MD. Our client is rapidly growing and is seeking a motivated individual to lead the Tampa team. This is a full-time direct hire position and my client is motivated to hire. Please see a few of the qualifications below:
Salary: up to $95K plus $20K annual bonus
- 4+ years of warehouse operations leadership with experience also managing drivers.- Shipping/receiving management experience- Strong inventory management experience- Ability to be customer facing- Manage a team of 7+ associates- WMS experience is a plus- DMSI experience is a plus I realize this description is vague, I am happy to share more if you are interested in the position.
