As an Account Executive, you will prospect and nurture leads, assist with account management tasks, and support the sales team.What You'll Be DoingConduct outbound efforts and utilize sales tools and CRM (HubSpot) to identify and engage with potential clients.Assist in maintaining a healthy pipeline of prospects and new clients through outbound prospecting efforts.Collaborate with internal teams, including sales development representatives (SDRs), customer success managers (CSMs), and delivery teams, to ensure effective account execution.Develop a foundational understanding of solution-selling and the professional services deal cycle.Support the presentation, promotion, and sale of services, highlighting FullStack’s value proposition to existing and prospective customers.Aid in forecasting revenue targets and working towards revenue quotas.Participate in strategic events such as networking sessions, conferences, and conventions, and demonstrate the outcomes of these efforts.What We Are Looking ForPrevious experience in a relevant role, such as sales support, account coordination, or customer service, preferably within a software development consulting, staffing, or recruiting firm.Highly motivated individual with a flexible and service-oriented mindset.Familiarity with CRM practices (HubSpot preferred).Thorough understanding of best sales practices and negotiating techniques.Strong prioritization, time management, and organizational abilities.Fast learner and passionate about sales.Exceptional problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and propose effective solutions.Demonstrated track record of building and maintaining strong client relationships.Self-driven and able to work independently, taking ownership of tasks and delivering results.A passion for providing top-notch customer service and ensuring client success.What We OfferCompetitive salaryPaid time off (vacation, sick leave, maternity and paternity leave, holidays)100% remote workThe ability to work with leading startups and Fortune 500 companiesHealth, dental, vision insurance401(k) with 4% matchVirtual company events each monthAmple opportunity for career advancementContinuing education opportunitiesIf you are a technically savvy professional with a passion for driving customer success and want to be part of an innovative software consultancy, join us as an Account Executive at FullStack.
