The Meadows Psychiatric Center provides comprehensive services to children, adolescents and adults in our 119-bed inpatient behavioral healthcare facility located in Central Pennsylvania on a beautiful 52-acre campus. The Meadows team has been providing patients and their families with the hope of recovery for more than 30 years. The Meadows has a great opportunity for a Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner to join our team.
This position is responsible for the delivery of quality care for patients on the Child, Adolescent, Stabilization and Adult units. Will work collaboratively within the Physician Services Department and as part of a multi-disciplinary team.
Per Diem (PRN) providers primarily are scheduled as available for weekend shifts; holiday shifts; or week days when full time staff are on vacation.
Qualifications
-Must be a graduate of an accredited Nurse Practitioner program.
-Possess a current and unrestricted licensure by the Pennsylvania State Board of Medicine.
-DEA Registration for Psychiatric Physician extenders.
-Previous inpatient psychiatric work experience preferred.
