For our Chemprene and AMMEGA Sales team, we are currently looking for a

Regional Sales Account Manager

As the Regional Sales Account Manager, you will maintain and grow business in lightweight rubber conveyor belting, coated fabrics and diaphragms in the assigned region. This position is responsible for increasing sales volume by providing exceptional customer service, product marketing and account development. Salary range for this role is $70,000-$80,000 plus commission plan.

This role covers the Northeastern United States territory.

Key attributes of the Regional Sales Account Manager are:

* Knowledge of lightweight rubber conveyor belting* Knowledge and Relevant Experience in Distribution Sales* Ascertain market potential, competitive landscape, geographical spread & distributors to penetrate.* Provide sustainable belting solution to distributors and customer complaint handling with timely resolution.* Self-driven with high level of customer centricity & building business relationships to generate more business avenues and to exceed customer satisfaction and deliver sales & business objectives.* Cross functional team collaboration for NPD and Problem solving.* Deliver targeted sales revenue and growth and accounts receivable.* Attends trade shows and customer events to provide sales support, generate leads, evaluate sales activities, strategies and strengths of the competition, identify new market and customer opportunities, and evaluate the success and perception of Chemprene products.* Daily order entry as needed to support customer service

We are looking for you to have:

* Bachelors degree in related field or minimum 8 years experience* Sales experience in lightweight rubber conveyor belting and/or rubber coated fabrics* Self motivating and Leadership skills* Entrepreneurial and customer focus- Maintains awareness of and seeking to meet the needs of our customers* Willingness to travel (up to 90%)* Excellent computer skills (Microsoft Suite, Excel, PowerPoint)* Ability to deliver what is promised* Drive for change and innovation* Ability to build relationships through collaboration
