Schedule is done in 4 week increments. Self-scheduling to an extent. Manager will move shifts to balance out schedule.• Floating policy: Contract labor is first to float. If the staffing need is in med/surg, contract labor is expected to float to med/surg and take the assignment.• Patient Experience requirements: Expected to provide attentive and compassionate care to patients/family members.Hospital Specifics-• Certifications: ACLS, BLSHiring profileRequested Skill Set:Must have: Active RN license. ACLS. BLS. ICU experience.dvanced skills needed: Trauma experience preferred.Procedures performed on unit: Insertion of central lines, arterial lines, lumbar punctures, chest tube insertions, EVD insertions.Certifications Required: ACLS.
