Responsibilities include one-on-one coaching, career education programming, and leveraging various media for career support.Responsibilities

Coach students and alumni on career management skills.Provide career coaching for various career paths.Develop and deliver career education workshops and resources.Stay updated on market trends and industry roles.Collaborate with student groups and career services.Analyze feedback to enhance career programs.Lead special projects and programs.Conduct job search related sessions and workshops.Minimum Qualifications

Education: College or university degree in a related field.Work Experience: 5-7 years in a related discipline.Preferred Qualifications

Education: Master’s degree in business, counseling, or related field.Experience: 5 years in business or higher education, skilled in MBA career management.Technical Skills: Proficient in online resources, spreadsheets, and presentation software.Preferred Competencies

Strong communication and leadership skills.Understanding of diverse student needs.Commitment to customer service and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.Strong interpersonal and teamwork skills.Working Conditions
