Required Skills:Experience in leading agile teams with a strong sense of ownership and accountabilityStrong knowledge of large volume data warehouse architectures and technologies (e.g. RDBMS, Datamarts, Datawarehousing, ETL/ELT, Datalakes, APIs, Dimensional modelling)Knowledge of (and a passion for) current trends and best practices in architecture, including performance, accessibility, security, and usabilityExcellent SQL knowledge and able to write, understand and optimize complex statementsStrong understanding of BI technologies (e.g. PowerBI, Tableau, Business Objects, Qlik)Experience with PythonFlexibility to learn new technologies and work on the same to meet business requirementsExperience in Dev Ops, and Test Driven DevelopmentUnderstanding of the SDLC, best practices and experience with different development and change management toolsExcellent analytical & communication skillsDesired Skills:Strong knowledge of Client Relationship Management data and systemsExperience with Cloud-based platforms (e.g. Azure, Snowflake, Databricks)Experience with DB2, Greenplum, SybaseExperience with common Data Science and Data Analytics use-cases and platformsExperience in data movement, ETL/ELT, messaging and streaming technologies (e.g. Informatica, Talend, MQ, Kafka, etc)Experience with SparkFamiliarity with standard SDLC and DevOps tools (e.g. Liquibase, Jenkins, JIRA, GIT)Understanding of SDLC, Agile and continuous integration and deploymentStrong oral and written communication skills
