FYZICAL West Pearland, TX is a state-of-the-art physical therapy clinic dedicated to providing outstanding care and personalized treatment to our patients. With a team of highly skilled therapists and support staff, we focus on delivering a holistic approach to rehabilitation and wellness. As we continue to grow, we are looking for an experienced Physical Therapist, an energetic team lead, and a passionate entrepreneur to join our team as the Clinical Director and to spearhead our clinical operations and contribute to our culture of excellence.
Being the Clinical Director of the clinic, he/she would have the unique opportunity to build his/her own team, define the culture, and build his/her own practice. He/she leads by example and sets the tone for all team members under his/her command to follow. She/He is diligent in the pursuit of excellence within his/her facility, knowing and accepting that all that takes place there is a direct reflection of himself/herself. He/She makes it their business to embody the values and ideals of the company.
This position directs all aspects of clinical operations in conjunction with supervisors, administrators, and general manager. Plans and administers medically prescribed physical therapy treatment for patients suffering from injuries, or muscle, nerve, join and bone diseases, to restore function, relieve pain, and prevent disability by performing the following duties.
