As a self-starter and team builder you will provide direct project management services for surge initiatives and stewardship activities across organizational stakeholders. You will analyze trends and make recommendations for process improvements. You will be periodically benchmarking how industry and other Government agencies are addressing similar well-being issues to those faced by the client. You will coordinate with leadership to prioritize potential initiatives based on workforce feedback and industry developments. You will also work closely with well-being stakeholders to create a strategic outlook for all client business areas.Join us. The projected compensation range for this position is $54,000.00 to $123,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.
