Position Summary : The Data Entry Specialist is responsible for accurately keying applications into the Affinity database.**
Duties and Responsibilities:
Key paper applications into the Affinity databaseMaintain acceptable keying speed and accuracyAssisting the deposit room with entering in checks, stamping checks, scanning, and indexing when neededAssisting when needed with cancellation requests from lenders, agents, brokers, and membersWork with management to address/suggest any systematic opportunities/issuesEducation and Work Experience:
High School Diploma, college preferred1-3 years of related experienceKnowledge and Skills:To perform the job successfully, an individual should demonstrate the following competencies to perform the essential functions of this position.
Must maintain highest level of Confidentiality at all times.Ability to communicate effectively (verbal and written)Excellent interpersonal skillsProficient computer skills: must have working knowledge of Microsoft OfficeAbility to multi-task, follow up and meet deadlinesStrong attention to detail
Hours Required:
8:15-4:45pm* (may require periodic overtime)*
