Our client is a publicly listed subsidiary of a well-respected $21 billion conglomerate operating in over 30 countriesJob Description:• Windows Server experience & server management• Server Patching, Configuration• sset Management, specifically Laptop/Desktop support.• Badge ID application issues support as needed• CMS application issues support as needed• New Zabbix installation in UAT• Fast Id calls• CAFIS performance or nonperformance reporting to CJIS teams as ad-hoc reports when requested• MAFIS documents updates/enhancements as needed or when requested• Patching updates in Test environment• CMS health check• CMS space check• Daily CMS disk space check• Daily MAFIS Health checks• Latent site hard drive monitor for space• Monitor UAT environment for testing and for both the customer and internal use for Thales• Monthly MAFIS Health checks• Weekly MAFIS db_caps checks• Weekly MAFIS Health check report/ complete and send report to customer every Friday• Monitor Production Cardscan room for Performance and Operational issues• Monitor Production Transaction Controller for Performance and Operational issues• Preventative Maintenance• Imaging and installation of new/replacement workstation (Latent/WebID)equipment when applicable• Basic knowledge of Windows OS, Windows Server, SQL and networking
