International Shipping & Receiving Specialist

Fast paced materials manufacturing facility needs two shipping and receiving specialist. Details for the successful candidates is as follows:

Skills:

Certified sit down forklift

Work safely

Strong computer skills

ERP experience

Inventory and receiving paperwork

International shipping

Responsibilities:

Load and unload trucks/containers

Stock and pull inventory accurately

Down count and record inventory pulls

Enter shipping instructions in the international shipper

Pull orders for manufacturing accurately and timely

Bill of lading

UPS/FedEx shipping systems

Customs documents as required by destination country

Prepares International Shipping Documents and communicates with Forwarding agentswhen applicable.• Forwards shipping documentation and records for further processing.

Job Details:

Pay: $20 to $24/hr. DOE

Schedule: 8AM to 4:30PM Monday through Friday - minimum OT

PPE: Steel toes and gloves

Must have High School Diploma or GED Equivalent
