Operations is the glue that holds the organization together. The Business Operations Manager will solve unexpected problems and build dynamic solutions to set up the organization for future success. Expect to be challenged daily and to learn from all functions. You’ll be supported by a team that has significant prior experience in scaling and will provide you the resources you need to be successful.You will:Manage supplier relationships leveraging the Levelpath platform as an internal power user providing feedback directly to our product teamOperate scalable accounting and finance systems to facilitate internal and external reportingDrive reporting for key business metrics reporting, such as weekly, monthly, and quarterly board level reportingSupport GTM including systems setup, reporting, and generally keeping deals moving forwardEstablish processes to ensure the organization meets ongoing security compliance obligations which will continue to become more complex over timeOversee legal requests with a focus on reviewing and negotiating commercial agreementsSupport our hiring managers with tools and processes built to facilitate talent acquisitionAct as the first point of contact for people operations mattersElevate day-to-day operations of the company diving into the most urgent matters of the dayBe ready to hand off processes and dive into new tasksPreferred background:5+ years of relevant professional experience with tenure in a high growth B2B enterprise SaaS startup preferredDemonstrated history of owning processes and strategy through a period of rapid scaling and changeHistory of expanding scope of role and a demonstrated track record of growthAbility to establish partnerships across departments and leadership functionsBS or BA from an accredited university with a finance or accounting backgroundBenefits100% Medical, dental, and vision insuranceFlexible PTO, Parental Leave, Sick LeaveCompetitive compensation and equity package401kCommuter benefitsIn-office snacks and Friday team lunchesTeam-driven happy hours and celebrationsThe estimated annual base cash salary for this role is $140,000-$180,000Levelpath is committed to equal treatment and opportunity in all aspects of recruitment, selection, and employment.
