Application System Analyst

assists our Application & Database Administrator in managing our enterprise applications, including Yardi. The Application System Analyst will provide end-user support to all team members including break/fix, accurate query generation, and report building to support business operations.We believe everyone at Goldmark is a leader! The Application System Analyst will take pride in serving others and delivering a caring and professional experience for our residents, our client-owners, and our fellow team members.Starting pay $28 per hour (or more based on experience)!

This position has the eligibility to work remote, in the following locations: Fargo, Minneapolis, or Omaha.Live and work with Goldmark and receive a generous RENT DISCOUNT as a part-time or full-time team member!Job Duties Include:Utilize your SQL skills to assist in efficient data fixes, develop impactful reports, or create workflows to drive operational efficiency, including: Microsoft SQL Management Studio, Microsoft SQL Server, and MySQL.Provide IT applications support to end users through prioritizing and managing support requests through the Zendesk ticketing system, Teams, or phone to ensure issues are handled timely and efficiently.Collaborate with Application & Database Administrator to review issues and implement configuration or process changes.Ensure all requests are resolved in compliance with standard operating procedures and role-based security permissions.Assist with special projects that help build and maintain long-term relationships with residents.Create goals, processes and habits to succeed in your personal growth and development.Ensuring compliance with all Fair Housing and EPA laws and regulations as well as government programs.Apply critical thinking to bridge the gap between business needs and technical solutions to maximize the use of our applications.Experience and Education:Associate degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Programming or Software Engineering or related subject is required.Minimum two years Yardi Property Management software or similar enterprise business software with relational databases experience required (e.g., SAP, Oracle ERP).Minimum two years’ experience with Microsoft SQL Management Studio, Microsoft SQL Server, MySQL or equivalent preferred.Proficiency in Microsoft Suite including SharePoint, Word, Outlook and Excel is preferred.Flexibility and ability to multi-task, prioritize responsibilities, manage time, and strong attention to detail to resolve issues timely in a fast-paced environment.Effective analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills to develop solutions and understand impact of recommended changes.Goldmark Property Management is an Equal Opportunity Employer (EEO) dedicated to building an inclusive and diverse workforce.
