The Channel Sales Manager will be responsible for developing, managing, and expanding relationships with channel partners to drive sales growth and achieve revenue targets. This role requires a strategic thinker with excellent relationship-building skills, a deep understanding of channel sales dynamics, and a proven track record of success in a similar role.What you'll do:

Channel Partner Management:Identify, recruit, and onboard new channel partners to expand market reach.Develop and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with existing partners.Provide ongoing support and resources to partners to ensure their success.Conduct regular business reviews with partners to assess performance and align on strategies.Sales Strategy and Execution:

Develop and execute channel sales strategies to achieve business objectives.Collaborate with the marketing team to create and implement effective marketing programs and campaigns for partners.Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.Training and Development:

Train and educate partners on Everbridge’s products, services, and value proposition.Ensure partners are well-equipped with the necessary tools, resources, and knowledge to effectively sell our products.Market Intelligence:

Stay informed about industry trends, competitive landscape, and market opportunities.Provide feedback to internal teams on market conditions, product enhancements, and customer needs.Compliance and Reporting:

Ensure all partner activities comply with company policies and regulatory requirements.Prepare and present regular reports on channel sales performance and forecasts to senior management.What you'll bring:

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. MBA is a plus.5+ years of experience in channel sales, business development, or a related role.Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth through channel partners.Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships and influence partners.Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret sales data and market trends.Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently and collaboratively.Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
