This role involves planning, managing, and executing investment projects, providing leadership, and ensuring compliance with regulations.Key Responsibilities:Develop and execute project plansManage project budgetsEnsure safety, quality & complianceCoordinate project teamsMonitor project progressEnsure compliance with regulationsIdentify project risks and develop mitigation strategiesCommunicate project statusManage project resourcesDevelop and maintain relationships with vendors and contractorsPerform other duties as assignedKey Requirements:Bachelor's degree in engineering or science related disciplineFluent in Spanish is preferredExtensive experience in project engineering and managementBroad technical knowledge in engineering disciplinesTask-oriented with proven experience in cost control and schedulingExperience in facility design and CQV approachesExcellent computer systems knowledgeUnderstanding of the CDMO industryStrong experience in Engineering and cGMP Manufacturing
