As a SCRUM Master you will help ensure today is safe and tomorrow is smarter.HOW A SCRUM MASTER WILL MAKE AN IMPACTResponsible for hosting daily stand-up (scrum) meetings, sprint planning sessions, reviews, and retrospectivesWorks with Product Owners to maintain product backlogs, removing obstacles/impediments impacting sprints, keeping the TPM informed on the status of their projectsWorks closely with the Release Manager to keep plans, schedules and roadmaps up to date.Plans, implements, tests, documents, and maintains solutions to total systems or subsystems using internally created and/or commercial off-the-shelf products.Provides end-to-end project management support of the life cycle.Provides a total systems perspective including a technical understanding of relationships, dependencies and requirements of hardware and software components.Coordinates with other team members and ensures problem solution, appropriate risk reduction, and user satisfaction.WHAT YOU’LL NEED TO SUCCEED:Education: BA/BS (or equivalent experience)Required Experience: 8+ yearsSecurity Clearance Level: TS/SCI w/ PolygraphLocation: Customer SiteGDIT IS YOUR PLACE:401K with company matchComprehensive health and wellness packagesInternal mobility team dedicated to helping you own your careerProfessional growth opportunities including paid education and certificationsCutting-edge technology you can learn fromRest and recharge with paid vacation and holidaysThe likely salary range for this position is $148,750 - $201,250.
