This role will identify and close partnership opportunities with advertisers and sponsors, selling integrated programs across live events, digital ads, branded content, and social media. The ideal candidate will have a track record of achieving results, strong product knowledge, and excellent relationship-building skills to acquire new accounts.This position reports directly to the Director of Sales, AfroTech.Responsibilities:Schedule and conduct daily virtual and in-person meetings with potential and existing clients to build meaningful and robust client relationshipsConsultatively sell the AfroTech suite of services to new clients by mapping business challenges to solutions, promoting the adoption of AfroTech solutions, and cross-selling additional solutionsServe as a liaison between AfroTech and advertisers on all marketing programs including but not limited to advertising campaigns, advertorials, events, and social promotionsManage the complete execution of client digital campaigns and serve as the primary point of contact, ensuring that contractual obligations are delivered in a timely and professional mannerIdentify and pursue net new opportunities and use cases to drive incremental revenue and close net new business for named accountsCollaborate with AfroTech cross functional teams to sell comprehensive solutions across the AfroTech ecosystemPrepare sales reports and forecast and manage pipelines using CRM tools with clear reporting to senior leadership and executivesConsistently meet or exceed revenue goals on a monthly basis across live events, desktop, mobile, video, branded content, and social mediaQualifications:Education: B.A./B.S. in Business or Marketing/Sales preferred; relevant work experience will be consideredRequired Experience:

5+ years of media and/or experiential sales experienceEstablished track record of meeting and/or exceeding quotasExperience closing business with Fortune 500 businesses and agencies

Preferred Experience:

Previous experience working in consulting, finance, media, or related high-growth start-up

Technologies: Fluent in Microsoft Office, Google Suite, and Salesforce or equivalent CRM platformAdditional Qualifications:

Independent, entrepreneurial self-starter who is comfortable taking on a high level of responsibility; willing to wear multiple hatsHigh-energy, company-first, positive attitude; must be motivated to work hard in a fast-paced environmentExcellent verbal/written communication and active listening skillsResearch, problem-solving, and time management skillsA healthy appreciation of GIFs and Black culture

Details:This is a fully remote, U.S.- based role.
