Collaborating with external clients and internal teams, you will use your strong proficiency in SAP technology to help clients achieve improved outcomes and lasting results. Harnessing our expertise in tax, assurance, transaction and risk, and by utilizing your capabilities to implement SAP, you will pave the way for innovative solutions.Your key responsibilitiesLead the development and execution of strategic sales plans to achieve growth targets in the SAP practiceBuild and maintain strong client relationships, identifying new opportunities to offer SAP Analytics Cloud, Datasphere and/or PAPM solutionsCollaborate with cross-functional teams to create compelling proposals that demonstrate the value of EY's SAP offeringsDrive the expansion of the SAP practice by identifying and penetrating new markets and industriesOversee the successful delivery of SAP projects, ensuring they meet quality standards, budget, and timeline constraintsUtilize SAP’s new offerings on Datasphere and PAPM to enhance project delivery, offering clients advanced analytics and performance management capabilitiesMentor and guide project teams, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and knowledge sharingStay abreast of the latest trends in SAP Analytics Cloud, Datasphere, and PAPM, and incorporate these insights into EY's service offeringsTransform businesses by steering the delivery of SAP solutions.Contribute to thought leadership by publishing articles, speaking at conferences, and leading webinars on the integration of SAP Analytics Cloud with Datasphere and PAPMTo qualify for the role you must haveBachelor's or master’s degree in Business, Information Systems, or a related fieldEight years of professional experience in SAP consulting, with a proven track record in sales and deliveryA strong background in SAP Analytics Cloud, with the ability to leverage it to drive business outcomesExcellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skillsThe ability to integrate SAP’s latest innovations on Datasphere and PaPM with SAP Analytics CloudA flexibility and willingness to travel to meet client needs; travel is estimated at 40-60%Ideally, you’ll also haveSAP certifications in relevant modules or technologiesExperience with SAP S/4HANA, cloud solutions, and digital transformationKnowledge of industry-specific SAP solutions and best practicesProven ability to manage and grow a consulting practice
