Job Summary

Job Description: The Procurement Manager will work closely with internal partners and help with owning the procurement process and strategy within their assigned region and businesses. Responsibilities include developing and leading procurement resources, finding opportunities through spend analysis, developing sourcing strategies for materials, assets, and services used in the construction industry, crafting a Procurement Roadmap, and developing shared goals with the leadership of the region.Main Responsibilities

Lead and develop supplier performance, relationships, and agreements for categories, while collaborating with partners to build a competitive advantage for ColasSupport cross-functional teams using analysis of historical spend data and cost modeling to high value opportunities that deliver innovative and balanced value, operational efficiencies, and risk mitigation to the businessInteracts with internal business partners to achieve involvement in procurement and proposal activitiesCoordinate sourcing activities with Corporate ProcurementDevelop procurement roadmaps in support of your companies’ objectivesDevelop strategies for large contracts, work with inside counsel to identify and incorporate appropriate levels of commercial protection, and conduct negotiations to achieve the best possible outcome for ColasSegregate spend to leverage company spend locally, nationally and globally to ensure financial benefit to the companyProvide market and opportunity analysis to partnersPrepare and negotiate contract terms and conditions for agreementsAnalyze contract documents to resolve contractual obligations, and preparing recommendations regarding acceptance or modificationsIdentification, vetting, and selection of new vendors and servicesEstablish and maintain professional relationships with suppliers based on the highest ethical business practicesAct as the primary liaison to suppliers within your marketplace and use market research and spend analysis tools to analyze supplier performanceIdentify and anticipate business needs; develop recommendations and solutionsDevelop, lead, and influence implementation of policies related to supplier commitmentsCollect, analyze, and develop a sourcing plan and conduct sourcing activities while ensuring delivery and quality requirements are satisfiedEducation/ Technical Knowledge/ Qualifications

Master’s degree or M.B.A preferredMinimum 3-5 years of strategic sourcing in a large manufacturing environment with exposure to engineering, plant operations, and/or maintenance requiredSourcing experience in indirect, fleet, construction equipment, manufacturing equipment, or services a plusBalance of strong negotiation and relationship building skills a mustExperience with spend analysis to develop a sourcing strategyAbility to demonstrate leadership in category management and the Strategic Sourcing ProcessExecution oriented, with a strong sense of urgency around tangible resultsNetworking and influencing skillsProject Management Skills - Ability to prioritize and implement tasks; support multiple projectsWell-developed communication and negotiation skillsCategory strategy development and executionStrong time management, organizational, and presentation skillsAbility to work under deadlinesAbility to transfer knowledge to othersExperience working with e-procurement toolsExcellent Excel and PowerPoint skillsTravel:
