As Head of Marketing, you’ll help define and communicate our vision and unique point of view to the market. You’ll help distill the essence of our platform in a clear, concise, compelling, and repeatable narrative and generate leads and interest from it. You’ll help lead and mentor a team of great, motivated marketers.What is OnRamp exactly?OnRamp is a collaborative onboarding management platform that helps companies provide a world-class onboarding experience to customers and partners. As our Director of Marketing, you’ll craft and tell our story to the world - and be a key part of a critical inflection point in OnRamp’s growth!Build the strategy and execution plan for our product positioning, messaging, and launchesDevelop OnRamp’s marketing strategy and communication plans geared towards driving category leadership, brand awareness, and strengthening the company's market positionSupport revenue growth by delivering measurable pipeline and accelerating deal velocity and win ratesLead a team of high-performing, motivated marketing professionalsDeliver pricing and packaging across customer segments, manage ongoing input and feedback to evolve with changes in competitive landscape and productProvide the collateral and enablement for the sales organization to allow them to successfully navigate and secure new customers, as well as set existing customers up for successDrive our event / field strategy – develop qualified leads; including ABM and email campaigns, engagement and nurturing, advertising, webinars, content, trade shows, social media and moreDrive AR, PR, and social presence to gain mindshare and tell the OnRamp story through analysts, media coverage, speaking engagements and online communitiesDevelop a highly efficient team of marketing professionals with clear accountabilities and metricsOwn product marketing (both strategic vision and tactical execution) for our rapidly growing business solutions, including category creation, vision, and strategy of the product marketing teamEstablish and oversee key agency resources, analyst relations, and results. Define the issues and topics that create opportunities for engagement and story creation.What should I bring?OnRamp is a small team, and you’ll be an early teammate. We’re in an exciting, fast-paced build mode - we hope that’s music to your ears.8+ years’ experience in marketing for B2B SaaS organizationsProven ability to mentor and build a world-class marketing teamStrong understanding of the marketing and/or product tech categories, with previous experience serving as a subject matter expertProven track record creating and implementing focused, integrated, high-impact product marketing plans from conception through implementationExcellent creative writing and verbal communication skills with a proven ability to craft compelling messaging and positioning — and translating that into effective campaignsSkilled and proven track record in message development and execution: you’re a compelling storyteller with a strategic and analytical mindset who can engage and educate customers and prospectsNetwork of deep media and agency relationships and demonstrated success in leveraging them uniquely in the marketplaceAbility to effectively communicate to stakeholders at all levels of the organization—from the end-user (technical buyer) to the decision-maker (economic buyer)—with excellent written, oral, and presentation skillsWhat do I do if I’m interested?
