As a key member of executive team, you will be responsible for overseeing the entire product lifecycle, from conception to launch and beyond, ensuring payment processing solutions remain at the forefront of the industry. Responsibilities:
Develop and execute a comprehensive product strategy aligned with company's vision and business objectivesLead and mentor a team of product managers, fostering a culture of innovation and excellenceCollaborate with C-level executives to define and implement product roadmaps that drive growth and market leadershipAnalyze market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape to identify new product opportunitiesDrive cross-functional collaboration between product, engineering, sales, marketing, and customer success teamsOversee the development and launch of new payment processing products and featuresEstablish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure product success and guide decision-makingRepresent the company as a thought leader in the payment processing industry at conferences and eventsEnsure compliance with relevant regulations and security standards in the fintech and payments spaceQualifications:
10+ years of experience in product management, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership rolePayment processing or gaming experience is a highly desiredProven track record of successfully developing and launching innovative payment processing or gaming productsDeep understanding of the payments industry, including emerging technologies and regulatory landscapeStrong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisionsExcellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levelsExperience in Agile methodologies and product development best practicesStrong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop high-performing teamsBachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, or related field; MBA preferredPreferred Qualifications:
Experience with payment gateways, merchant services, or other gaming technology productsKnowledge of PCI DSS compliance and other relevant security standardsFamiliarity with business environment and payment processing ecosystemBenefits:
