If you are a driven professional with an experience in customer service and insurance or surety account management, we want to talk to you! The Surety Account Managers main goal and function is to assist the production team in the production and service of new and existing accounts. You will support an existing book of business consisting of small to middle market accounts. This includes collaboration with teammates, engaging directly with our current client base in support of a book of business, assisting production team with analyzing clients, reviewing and collecting client information for placement with our surety companies, building sustainable relationships, and providing engaging customer service.
Your Impact:Support surety bond Producers, Account Executives and Sr. Account managers in day-to-day operations and client interactionsAssist in gathering and organizing client information for bond requestsMaintain proper level of communication and build effective relationships with clients and companiesManage procedures in producing accurate and detailed files through our Agency Managements and internal systemsLearn to evaluate financial statements to assess client creditworthinessWork with Sales Associates directly to ensure proper handling of book of businessCollaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely and accurate processing of bond requestsInvoice new and renewal bonds and maintain follow ups for paymentAssist in monitoring bond portfolios and preparing status reportsSuccess Candidates Will Have:
2+ years in Account Management or Insurance and Surety Sales and have an understanding of surety bond products and servicesHold a current California P&C LicenseAbility to multi-task while having strong attention to detailStrong organizational skills with professional customer service focusStrong drive and work ethic, willingness to complete tasks as needed while working within time constraints in a fast-paced environment.Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.Self-starting personality with ability to prioritize and manage multiple responsibilities simultaneouslyStrong analytical, organizational, and creative thinking skills.Strong computer skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word)

At Risk Strategies Company, base pay is one part of our total compensation package, which also includes a comprehensive suite of benefits, including medical, dental, vision, disability, and life insurance, retirement savings, and paid time off and paid holidays for eligible employees. The total compensation for a position may also include other elements dependent on the position offered. The expected base pay range for this position is between $70,000 - $90,000 plus bonus. The actual base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including geographical location, education, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
