Pre Litigation Associate Attorney

A law firm in Houston, Texas is seeking a motivated Pre Litigation Associate Attorney with experience in personal injury on the Plaintiff’s side. The candidate will manage a significant caseload in pre-litigation, negotiate settlements, supervise Case Managers, and provide counsel to clients for successful case resolution.Duties and Responsibilities:Manage a caseload of approximately 100 cases in pre-litigation phase.Review and analyze drafted demands and other legal documents.Negotiate settlements with insurance companies and opposing parties.Supervise Case Managers to ensure efficient case progression and client communication.Counsel clients on legal rights, strategies, and potential outcomes.Identify conflicts of interest and develop strategies for resolution.Maintain accurate and detailed case records and documentation.Requirements:Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.Admission to the State Bar of Texas in good standing.1+ years of experience in personal injury law on the Plaintiff’s side, specifically handling pre litigation matters.Strong negotiation skills and experience in settling personal injury cases.Ability to effectively manage a high-volume caseload and prioritize tasks.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Leadership qualities to supervise and mentor Case Managers.Preferred Skills:Familiarity with case management software and legal research databases.Benefits Offered:Full benefits package including health, dental, vision, and life insurance.401(k) with matching contributions and profit sharing.Paid time off and parental leave.Professional development assistance for continuing legal education.Company infoBCG Attorney Search10777 Westheimer, Suite 1100HoustonTexasUnited States 77042Phone :
