at Mercedes-Benz of New Orleans

will be responsible for selling new and used vehicles to customers. They will need to have a strong knowledge of the automotive industry and be able to provide excellent customer service. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of sales success and be able to work in a fast-paced environment.Veterans and Military spouses are encouraged to apply!Responsibilities:Greet customers to identify their vehicle needs, and lead them through the sales process including vehicle/car selection, test drive, personalization, financing, and paperwork.Perform high-quality, professional, and knowledgeable presentation and demonstration of new and used vehicles/carsUse customer relationship management (CRM) tool to effectively track all customer interactionsPresent customer deal structure and additional finance productsFollow up with customers and maintain high customer satisfactionComplete all ongoing training modules to keep abreast new vehicle products, features, accessories, etc.Maintain Customer Satisfaction scores at or above company standards.Arrange for delivery and registration of vehicle.Engage in business development, contacting prospects and clients via phone and email.Requirements:Proven track record of sales successStrong knowledge of the automotive industryExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to work in a fast-paced environmentAbility to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidaysValid driver's licenseSubmit to and successfully complete MVR, background check, and pre-employment drug test
