Under direct supervision, performs routine assignments as an entry-level professional. Develops core job competencies with existing procedures by solving standard problems.This role will be located in Chantilly, VA, and will be expected to travel between our facilities in Chantilly and Springfield, VA. This position is expected to be onsite 100%.What You'll Do

Analyze current operational processes and performance, recommending solutions for improvement when necessary.Implement new processes and technology as required.Train staff on new technologies and protocols.Generate reports for management on the status of ongoing operations and initiatives.Maintain Quality Control: Implement and maintain quality control measures to ensure that all installations and repairs meet or exceed the set standards.Facilitate Team Communication: Ensure clear and consistent communication within the team and with other project stakeholders to keep everyone informed and aligned on project goals and updates.Other duties as required.Qualifications:

This position requires a U.S. Security Clearance for which the U.S. Government requires U.S. Citizenship. A Top Secret/Sensitive Compartmented Information (TS/SCI) U.S. Security Clearance with a Polygraph is required to start.3+ years of proven experience in an operations role.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Excellent technical and IT skills, with the ability to manage large databases and systems.High School Diploma or GED: Required as a basic educational foundation.Attention to Detail: Precision and attention to detail to ensure high-quality service delivery and compliance with safety standards.Adaptability: Flexibility to adapt to changing conditions, technologies, and requirements.Decision-Making Ability: Strong decision-making skills to resolve issues quickly and effectively under pressure.KBR is an equal opportunity employer.
